After the success of Folk Weekend 2020 we had a lot of requests from people wanting to do similar things, so we held a free 90 minute webinar talking through how we'd done things and the decisions we'd made.
A caveat - our event took place four weeks after social distancing measures were announced, so we had a very quick turnaround in terms of getting everything sorted to go online. We are not claiming this is the gold standard solution, or the perfect way - it's simply how we did it, in the situation.

The second webinar we did was in August, once we had developed our practice somewhat, and this webinar goes into the changes in the Zoom platform since lockdown began, and the new technical set up we have for ensuring quality sound across all our events. Once again, this is not the only way to do things, but it's one that we found works well for us.
